Payment & General Purchase
©NIIJUU currently provides 5 payment methods: ATM Bank Transfer/IBANKING/Paynow/Paylah/. We also accept payment from all credit/debit cards and collected via Stripe.com Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colour(s)/size(s)/quantity(ies). NIJUU will not be held liable in the event that wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are purchased. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days upon payment verification. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
All online promotions come in the form of discount codes. Please ensure you key in the right promo code before checking out for the promotion to be valid. No refund will be made for orders whereby discount codes are not applied at the point of purchase.

- $4.30 per order for Qexpress Tracking Delivery
- Free normal mailing with no minimum spend.
- $30 per order for Qexpress Tracking Delivery
Please note that we will send an email should the parcel be returned. Parcels that are not collected after 2 weeks will be disposed of without prior notice. No refunds will be made for such cases.
- All overseas order will be shipped out via DHL / Singpost
- Flat fee of $15.
- Shipping fees will be waived if orders exceed $150
Return & Exchange
TERMS&CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND
- Sale Items will not be entitled for a refund or exchange.
- There might be slight colour variation due to lightings and flashes while photo shooting. Hence, requesting for exchange/refund/return due to colour variations will not be accepted.
- Refunds are only available for store credits and only a one-time return is allowed.
- Should you require a return, the return has to be requested within 14 days. Kindly email to email@example.com and state your order number the request. Any request of return after the suggested time frame would not be allowed.
- Returns are only accepted after we have received your email. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request have been approved.
- To be eligible for returns, item must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Original tag attached
- Unworn, unscented, unwashed, and unaltered
- No signs of deliberate attempts to damage the items.
Should the item not comply with the above condition, we have the right to reject the return.
